This study sought to determine trends in urban growth between (1380 Ah-1440 Ah) of Taif city as one the main provinces mecca. The is also witnessing rapid and population growth, which led expansion significantly north-east direction, so this aimed direction its proportion through use modern technologies GIS remote sensing process processing, analysis interpretation space visuals obtained from King Abdul Aziz City Science Technology digital paper maps Ministry Municipal Rural Affairs then reach desired results. By highlighting results, results showed a 39-kilometer extension northeast center due easy nature land remoteness rugged mountainous areas.
